Millstone is a heritage Irish restaurant at 39 Dame Street, in the heart of Dublin city centre. For more than twenty years we have served Dubliners and visitors to this fair city, becoming synonymous with quality, value and relaxed, friendly service.
Our dining room sits inside a charming old-world Victorian building on one of Dublin's great streets — midway between Temple Bar and Dublin Castle, a short stroll from Trinity College and Central Plaza. It's a warm, intimate room with live background music in the evenings and a mezzanine that hosts group celebrations.
The kitchen is built around aged, 100% Irish grass-fed beef — seven expertly cooked cuts of steak — alongside fresh Irish seafood and ever-popular traditional dishes like beef & Guinness stew and classic fish & chips. Ingredients come from local producers and the menu moves with the seasons.
A dedicated coeliac menu is available at lunch and dinner, and vegan and vegetarian dishes feature on every menu. Our famous value lunch is served 12–4pm seven days, with dinner running into the evening.
